Refund policy
We'd love to have happy customers. At Bubkok, we commit to working our best to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Contact us if you have any concerns or questions with your order, we would love to assist you!
Damages and issues
If your product arrives defective or damaged because of transportation, please contact bubkokteam@outlook.com within one week of arrival. Attach a photo of the damaged item, your order number, and any other information that may be useful.
Refunds notification
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your pictures and messages, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days or a shorter time. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Cancellations
For orders that have not yet been shipped, we support a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned.
We are not able to offer direct exchange service at this moment, but if there are any issues or mistakes with your order, feel free to send us a dm on insta or email.
